Interview
It seemed like a very standard interview that was done in the store, one on one with the store manager. It felt very comfortable, and it was not difficult. I felt the interview was thorough and the manager was both personable and professional. I left the interview feeling completely at ease.

Describe a difficult situation you have encountered with a customer and how you resolved it.
The In person interview was with supervisors and managers present. The interview was a Short process, and I found out result of the interview on site on that same day.
Pretty easy interview. There should be two interviews. One with the department manager and then one with the general manager in the upcoming days. I received the offer from over the phone.

3 interviews. all easy. first one with direct supervisor, second one with assistant manager, third one with the general manager. all interviews were no more than 30 minutes. Dressed casual, recieved an offer on the same day as the last interview. Started working within 1 or 2 weeeks
