Interview
The virtual interview was a fairly clear-cut process. The format was this: eight questions, with one minute of prep time before each question and up to two minutes to answer each. Personally, I found the prep time to be fairly helpful for me to collect my thoughts and formulate a coherent and thoughtful response.

Why are you excited to work at Best Buy? Tell us about yourself? How do you keep up with the latest in technology? What product are you most familiar with? How would you try to sell it to a customer that knows nothing about the product? Situational questions like: If you had a customer or co-worker that spoke a language nobody in the store could speak, how would you resolve the problem?
They did a virtual interview with a third party. They asked me around 8 questions with about 2 mintues to anwser them with 10 second to think of a response. Then I got texted from a hiring manager to schedule an in person interview.

If you had a list of tasks given to you in the morning but it slipped your mind until the last 10 minutes of your shift. These tasks MUST be done by the end of the day. How would you approach the situation.
Interview process is fully online and conducted through video interviews. It's a little dehumanizing, not in a bad sense, but I believe using video for interviews makes it difficult to gauge what the job is going to be like.

The best way to describe the interview is to ask if you’re willing to be more of a salesperson. Since the interview questions revolve around your ability to talk to customers, it’s important to understand that all these questions are crucial in determining whether you can sell Best Buy credit cards.
