Interview
Three part interview, first is online test where they are looking for a certain personality type. Next interview is in person with manager, questions regarding previous experience, how you handle different situations, why you want to work at Best Buy. Last interview is usually with a GM and ask similar questions as well as things about how employee theft should be dealt with.

Interview
Easy. Know basic computer skills and you’ll get the job. Office suite, Apple and windows. Know about smart home and home automation as well as you’ll be pulled to other departments.
Fairly straightforward, expect the normal interview style question. Always show up early it displays initiative. otherwise, trust your gut and skills most store managers are looking for honest, hardworking people.
