The interview from when I submitted my application took about 1 week. From there, it had to get approval from other managers to approve the hiring. It took about 1 month to get officially hired.

What would you do if a client asked you a question and didn't know the answer?
A digital recorded interview. Record yourself answering questions and prompts they have. After submitting you wait to see if you get a physical interview. In the physical interview as long as you're not a felon or some serious degree as long as you pretty much say "Stealing is wrong" you get the job. But overall it's the manager that decides the difficulty. They usually make it sound a lot skilled or important than it is.

I had only two interviews and was successfully hired with Geek Squad ( Best Buy), quick and formal process. A few surveys and evaluations to make sure I was up to the position requirements.
