The interview process is pretty straightforward, they ask questions in regards to potential and realistic scenarios that may happen in a retail environment whether it be with a customer or an employee as well as self evaluation questions. They’re strongly looking for leadership and goal driving traits

How about you ask a question from a person actual experience and not like they are new to the company. Also, look someone background and experience, they might actually know what they are doing then some child.
