Interview
After a brief phone interview i was scheduled for a an in person interview 2 days later the actual interview was a with a supervisor of the department very to the point and pretty common questions such as what i bring to the department, describe a situation where you went above and beyond for another job, work history etc.. my the end he basically told me the job was mine, the third interview was really just a formality so that i can meet the GM. the third interview was more of an introduction the GM asked about me, work ethic questions pertaining to stealing and if i wanted to work there, then pay and start date was discussed.

Question 1
what are some qualities that you bring to best buy
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
