The interview was laid back and brief. It was primarily behavioral questions and a way for them to judge character and personality. Being comfortable and conversational is all they looked for. Not a bad experience in any way.

Interview
Two interviews questions were standard interview questions. I would do it again the process was about what you should expect but management staff was also agreeable to answering questions. Benefits were explained in a way that made sense and salary negotiation was fair.
It was open, honest, and not too long of a process. It's appreciated if you are enthusiastic about working in a team environment, and about growth with the company as a whole.

Interview
There were two interviews, the first one was with one manager via Zoom and the second was in person with one supervisor and a store manager. The first interview consists of very basic questions, such as "Why do you want to work at Best Buy", and "What is your availability?"
