Very laid back, almost too laid back, nothing serious, wore a suit but felt causal was alright enough. I dont think the question were too difficult, mainly asked scenario questions and personality questions

When I interviewed I first had a screening interview with the store lead. After that was completed I had an in person interview with the store manager that maybe took 30 minutes

Interview
Very easy basic interview with store manager. Manager was very friendly and just didn't focus on sales questions but also talked about our cultures etc. He hired me on the spot, signed the required documents and I was good to go.
