Quick phone interview. Checked qualifications/ why work for Best Buy. 1:1 interview/manager arrived late. Situational questions. How how well do you work with co workers? Can you work holiday schedule without time off? Tell me about a problem you solved? Advice: Dress business casual. Office was casual, not clean.

Tell me about a problem that you solved for a customer?
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
