I had applied online about 2 months prior to the interview. Got a phone call and went in on the day of. Interviewed with the department manager, who asked me behavioral questions, then with the store manager and got an offer at the end of the interview. Didnt really negotiate salary, but they started me off at $10 an hour which wasnt too bad for a retail job.

Applied online, got a phone call to ask which team I wanted, sales or mobile. I booked interview for mobile 3 days after. On-site interview was about 20 minutes, was asked mainly behavioural.

Was asked how I would sell an iPhone to a customer, asked my availability.
Brief over the phone , then face to face. Then I believe you get a quick interview with the general manager of the store. Then they make the final decision

3 step process. 1- phone screening with the back office leader. 2- Interview with assistant manager. 3- Interview with GM. If offered the job drug test required within 3 days of offer.
