The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Best Buy (Lakeville, MN) in Aug 2010
Interview
Well they ask you a series of questions about how you are with people and dealing with them in various circumstances. The Bottom line is that they are looking for someone who is a TEAM player, that's why they ask about team sports and how to deal with an upset team mate etc. They will also ask you about stealing, this is the #1 way they loose money. If they ask the question "what would you do if your employee stole from you" then you say "I would fire them" and if they ask "what would you do if you saw a fellow employee steal even if they said they'd pay later?" then you say "I would notify you right away describable. Once they see that you are reliable, you want to grow in a career, and that you are good with people and have good people skills, you're in!

Question 1
Have you had any time where a team mate on your team was upset with you? How did you deal with it?
pretty simple. they ask you typical interview questions that any other place would ask. I believe it depends on what manager you get because i have heard different things from people i work with about how their interviews went. Mine was fairly easy and i got hired on the spot. I applied on a thursday and had my interview on sunday that same week.
