pretty easy. applied online and 4 days latter received a phone call in which I was interviewed. interviews consisted of 3 interviews, 1 phone call, and 2 1:1's. A lot of questions about "what would you do in this situation". why do you want to work here.. got the job a bout a week later. dress good!
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
