Apply online, You are asked to do a solo-recording where you are asked questions and you answer them while being recorded. About 10 questions total and records immediately after the question is shown to simulate a live interview/genuine response. After they review they will contact you for a phone interview.

Interview questions are pretty straight forward. No trick questions. I got asked about 8 questions. They will ask you if you have any prior home theater knowledge. Generally the interview is only one manger and they do the interview in person most of the time.
