Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.

The interview process was overall quick and easy. They read general customer service questions off of a packet and wrote down your answers. They won't ask you any technical questions.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
The interview process is first conducted virtually, then you are invited to an in-person interview. All in all, this is a quick process and things go quickly. Filling out thirty words.
