The position I applied for was for people who were looking for new experience within retail and the interview was very straight forward. It didn't include any customer service questions.

Interview
Basic interview and process after filling out the application. Show customer experience strengths. Phone screen is first. Meet the department lead and then the general manager. They will ask the typical interview questions around customer service and your knowledge of the department you are applying for. Customer service and adding accessories to purchases is a big deal.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Montgomery, AL) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was not that hard. I interviewed with the sales manager and another person in training. He asked basic questions like: Tell me about yourself, Tell me about a time when you had a difficult customer, why do you want to work here. The interview lasted about 10 minutes.
