Every step is through and demanding.
Assessments are oriented towards candidate's logical reasoning and are impossible to prepare for in advance.
In the recruitment process is more focused on finding the talented people who can fit good in the company culture, experience itself doesn't seem to be that important.
Each interviewer was friendly and pleasant.

Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
Two rounds of several tasks, most of which were logic problems, some were programing. After I did two interviews, a both were half behavioral, the second half was logic based on the first one and system design on the second one.
