The interview process was very professional with great communication throughout each step. First, there was a discussion with Talent Acquisition. This individual did a great job explaining the roll, internal expectations, and company culture and answering all my questions. Next there was a behavioral / personalty assessment and IQ test ( they don't call it that but that is really what it is) Next step was an interview with the CRO. This was one of the better interviews I experienced anywhere. The questions were challenging, intelligent (questions that actually make sense to ask a salesperson unlike some other companies I have interviewed with) but also fair. He was also very transparent throughout the interview. The final interview was with their President of Revenue. This was also a great interview. Again the questions were challenging but fair and made sense for the role I was interviewing for. Again I felt that his answers to my questions were answered in a way that he had nothing to hide. I really got a great sense for the company culture and what would be expected of me.
