Interview
The process seemed VERY disorganized. Hiring process consists of phone screens and a group technical onsite interview. Upon arriving onsite for my in-person interviews I was greeted by an empty lobby. After waiting several minutes for the receptionist who I was told to notify I approached some employees nearby who asked if I was sure the receptionist was not there (???). One of them went to search for the receptionist when the recruiter happened to be walking by and took me to the conference room where I was asked questions about my background and framework experience by several current employees. I had been told to prepare for that interview and a one on one with a more senior staff member, but following the group interview the interviewers walked me to the lobby. One of them seemed confused but the other seemed certain that I was to be shown out. After such a prompt exit I thought I had bombed the technical group interview so badly they did not want to waste any more time on me, which was apparently not the case. It was not clear until the next day's followup that the other person had a meeting conflict and would have been unable to meet with me the day before, which was something that was frustratingly never communicated. She still wanted to interview me and asked to schedule our one on one over the phone. After that phone interview I never heard anything and the recruiter(s) at the company never responded to my follow-up emails.
