Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - it's disappointing to hear about your experience with us. For this role it is certainly not something that should be taking so long. We have had a lot of volume of client success roles in the US but none-the-less we still aim to run the process as efficiently as possible. If there are reasons things are going slower we do look to proactively communicate that.
