Straightforward, 2 interviews. One with hiring manager and one with other engineers The first interview was over the phone and second on teams. The offer came within 2 weeks and I accepted.

Describe an instance where you had to solve a communication issue within a group you were working with.
During the interview, the first part was dedicated to introducing myself and my background. Then, the interviewer asked me around five questions related to my knowledge of the topics they work on, including verification and validation, regulatory processes, and design documentation for medical devices. Toward the end, he asked why I was interested in moving to Malta. Finally, I had the opportunity to ask questions about the role and the company.
