I was interviewed for two different jobs this year in Halle. In the spring after the 2nd interview I was not given a laboratory tour, since I was not informed what should I wear. For the second time around I had again a virtual interview, and then we scheduled the next one, which was cancelled 30 minutes before we were supposed to meet. I was told we will find a new appointment as soon as possible, but 8 days later I needed to write them just to find out on the phone that the job is already filled, and there is no position that I can apply right now. All in all it was a disrespectful and painful process, I would have appreciated if I was given the proper information in time.
