I applied online then received a ~25 minute phone screen call a week after. Standard phone screen questions, then they arranged for a face-to-face interview at the end of it.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Baxter (Mississauga, ON) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview was conducted at their small boardroom together with Senior Manager, Supervisor, and myself. They are very friendly and welcoming. Questions are more likely to determine the applicant's personality and behaviour towards workplace. They gave the applicants time to think and answer the questions with no trace of pressure. They pay attention to the applicant's answers and write down notes for their review. At the end of the interview, they ask if the applicant has any question for them and let the applicant know when they will contact him/her for the results.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baxter (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied on-line initially and contacted by HR who went into more detail about the role and then set up an interview.
Preliminary interview conducted one on one and the person went over my CV asking me to clarify some points on it. Was asked strengths and weaknesses.
Second interview occurred a week later. One on one again with a different supervisor who went over my CV again, asked about what lab techniques I was most familiar with, why I was interested in the role and what I think would be the biggest challenges of the role.
