I recently went through the interview process at Barayals and found it to be well-structured and fair. There were three rounds in total:
Online Assessment (OA):
This was the first round and included basic aptitude, logical reasoning, and technical questions related to the role. The level of difficulty was easy to moderate, and the time given was sufficient to complete all questions comfortably.
Technical Interview:
In this round, I was asked about my core technical skills, past projects, and some problem-solving questions. The interviewer was friendly and asked practical questions, not too theoretical.
HR Interview:
This was a standard HR round where they asked about my background, strengths, weaknesses, and why I wanted to join Barayals.
