I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (Jersey City, NJ) in Sep 2009
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. The last of which was to fly me to CA for a face to face with the main office. The organization asked a lot of "non-related" questions. How many children I had, what were their ages/names/etc. At first I thought it was a test & wasn't sure how I should answer. Then I realized they were "comfortably" trying to get information from me to base the hiring decision.

Question 1
There weren't any difficult questions in my opinion.
I applied for a HR Transformation Manager role. I was contacted by the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition for an initial conversation and asked for time slots, I replied promptly to be left with no response and then fast follow rejected via an automated workday notification.
Poor experience, lack of communication, misuse of time.
Two stage interview process, one with internal recruiter and then hiring manager. Both were professional and asked standard questions during both interviews. Explained further about the role during both stages.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (Asia) in Aug 2024
Interview
Good interview process reall smooth and free of any tension and hr did a good job on explaining the complete process will definitely recommend to others but be prepared for some challenging questions because it is a reputed company that will really test you
