Interview
The interview started with two online, business strategy competency tests. After completing both of those portions, there were two 30 minute interviews, one revolving around technical strategy and the other being more behavioral. As with any interview, be sure to know why you want that position and why you feel that you are fit for the position.

2 back to back virtual interviews that each were a hour and a half long. The interviewers kind of guide you through the whole thing and we’re very nice. After the interviews they took about a month to get back to me.

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Barclays in Sep 2010
Interview
Had a 1:1 interview. First they asked me about simple math. Then some coding problems. Once I demonstrated my interest for the Job, they invited me to dinner. Also had to take some verbal and quantitative reasoning tests online.
