The first step is online assessment: many scenario questions asking what you think to test personality. Then a video interview sponsored by Hirevue. Mix of technical and behavioral: analyzing financial statements, IQ questions, basic calculations, but also many personality questions

Networking calls for 2 months, in person networking event, Super Day. There were about 30 people in office and you talk to about half of them before the Super Day. Super Day 3 30 min interviews.

After five coffee chats, I got invited to an invite-only event, Received a 30-minute technical round, and the last round was Super Day. The technical round consisted of some behavioral questions and six technical questions.
