I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Barclays (London, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Applied online. Had standard bank online tests before getting a phone call and then invited to an onsite interview. The onsite had a mixture of maths and coding tests, with motivation questions. There was emphasis on good solid knowledge, especially with numerical methods and statistics. The HR team was super nice and helpful, a lot of feedback was provided after the day, it was a great learning experience!

Interview
I interviewed with global head of rates strat. The interview went on-site.
The hiring manager was nice but apparently he did not have a clear idea on what candidate/profiles he was after.
The interview contained multiple questions about my resume but nothing in depth
