Quick to the point. My Employer applied for the position on Friday. Qualified the first round on Monday which was quiet HR phone screening. On thursday, 2 in person interviews got scheduled. 2nd round was more of an attitude and communication screening round. Immediately had 3rd round which was more of technical with three members in panel. Got very positive feedback for my performance which made me stand in top 3 out of 7 candidates. On Friday, got a final call from VP of the company, which was general round with more analytical questions. Received an offer letter on same day in the evening.
