I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Barclays (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2024
Interview
I had three interviews with 3 VPs. 2 were behavioral, while the other was a technical case study. The interviews were back-to-back and on campus. The behavioral interviews had a lot of follow-on questions to stress test, and push you to dive deeper into the answers provided.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
There were a lot of behavorial questions, at least 12-15 across the 2 interviews I had.
The technical case study is almost always an LBO case, but they don't state that to you from the beginning. The goal is to steer you in that direction and get you to say it.
