The interview comprised of stages, including a series of online stages. One of which was situational, stating what you would do in a series of scenarios. There was also a more logic based test, spotting patterns etc. Then an in person interview asking standard competency questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Barclays (Liverpool, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
after applying online i received an email which took me to a page where i had to take two online tests, one being maths skills and the other being more along the lines of common sense once successful i then recieved an invite to a interview a few months later where i was asked multiple questions to determine if i was right for the role, once that was done i then waited a few months again to find out if i was successful.

Question 1
what have you done in your life to solve a problem?
First part of recruitment processes was a series of online tests. Once completed, I was invited to complete a phone interview. Lasted 10-15 mins and just covered basics of my CV. I then scheduled an in-person interview which lasted about 45 mins. Asked a lot of behavioural questions. Everyone was nice and I left feeling confident.
