First part of recruitment processes was a series of online tests. Once completed, I was invited to complete a phone interview. Lasted 10-15 mins and just covered basics of my CV. I then scheduled an in-person interview which lasted about 45 mins. Asked a lot of behavioural questions. Everyone was nice and I left feeling confident.
The interview comprised of stages, including a series of online stages. One of which was situational, stating what you would do in a series of scenarios. There was also a more logic based test, spotting patterns etc. Then an in person interview asking standard competency questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Barclays (Sunderland, North East England, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
it was a very good and straight forward process that was fun , energetic , friendly , and so on. had a good look around, as well. the interview wasnt hard and was more of like a chat with a few general and easy to answer questions based on life experiences and what you done to over come then, just as problem solving.
