Interview
Had a 30 minute phone screen to go over experience, educations, skills. Was scheduled the next day for an hour Skype call with 3 women (supervisors, managers) to further discuss the position, location, office culture, and answer 5 behavioral questions. They really are looking for a calm and collected individual that can be a quick thinker and keep the patient calm, comfortable, and happy. Don't sell yourself short, make sure to be very confident. Relax, be yourself, friendly, joke a little when and where appropriate. They want a team player who can get along well with the others.
Interview process was easy and informative. I felt welcomed and comfortable. The interviewer was very friendly and answered every question I had with confidence. Would definitely apply to work with this employer again!

Describe a time you were faced with a hard decision, and how you handled the outcome?
Interview was through Zoom and with a panel. Interview questions consisted of behavioral type questions and questions about my previous experience. Overall, the interview process was great and non intimidating. However, I immediately received a job offer which I thought was strange.
Very fast over the phone process was super easy simply asked 3 questions then asked what I was looking for if I was hired . Also informed me that they help with people going to school flexo able schedule
