Received an invite for a 15 min call, was ghosted by this recruiter and no response to my follow up email. Then an email for an invite later for a 1st round from another recruiter with no response to the questions asked on the salary range (asked 3 times). Then the hiring manager calls not knowing what is going on asking why Im not on the call. Very poor HR communication, which leaves a poor reflection on the work standards of this bank. If one is not well or unable to commit to a call a simple email can be sent out to everyone to have this communicated. Call was arranged the next day with this sick recruiter (no apology) however the recruiter questioning me for not attending the 1st round (didn't bother to check if I confirmed my attendance or not) says she has everything recorded in my file and has dealt with many candidates. Sounded offended that I reported her poor communication as being unprofessional and refused to accept she was wrong trying to make it look like I was the issue. Shocked to see such a poor attitude from this person who says she has worked with candidates and treats people in this manner. Learn to value a candidates time and feedback to better yourself. Refused to continue this call nor interview with them, too many red flags from HR!!!
