Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time you had to resolve a work matter involving conflict
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bank of America (New York, NY) in Jun 2025
Interview
One interview and done, mostly behavioral based to make sure you are customer service focused. You don't need to have prior experience, just show you're ready to work and help relationship managers/bankers with leads
Candidates submit applications and undergo screening. Shortlisted applicants attend phone or video interviews, complete assessments, then participate in-person panel interviews. Timely feedback is delivered, and successful candidates receive formal offers.
