Interview
Group interview, talked about previous experience with customers both positive and negative outcomes. There was brief info on the company as well as info on the person who did the interview. After the group discussion then their was a one on one interview with a banking center manager . The manager asked questions on how you handle an upset customer.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
