Hirevue was five questions. You had three minutes to answer each without any trying again. All behavioral with one question about the market. Nothing technical within the hirevue. Specifically for the chicago office as a sophomore. Can't speak for juniors.
It was very selective. Didnt seem that hard but ended up being very selective with who they took for super days. Only took 18 kids for super day 9 offer

HireVue was used for the initial interview. Basic questions on qualities, strengths, and past experiences. Conflict resolution, previous projects, previous experience. Asked about relevant classes, skills that I thought could be applicable to the position. Good interview experience without the potential awkwardness of video conferencing.
