Interview
First I did a phone interview then i attended a group interview with over 20 prospective applicants. I was confident because I was overqualified for the position so the interview was easy and also more educated than everyone at the interview. It began with eveyrone introducing themselves and telling a few things about themselves. Next the recruiter goes down the line and asks everyone a few questions. Then the one of the regional managers selects a few applicants and does a 1:1 interview with the ones they select. After that I got an offer the next day.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
