Interview
After receiving my first call from BoA ML, it took me around 4 months to get hired. All their decisions are taken at Asia level. And if there is a freeze on hiring, you will just have to wait.
The day i was called for an interview, i had 3 interviews in a row. First with the HR head then a Technical round and last with the Department Head. After all these rounds i received a call after 4 months that they have chosen me and i am hired.
BoA ML has a very strict background check policy which also involves police verification. The interview per say was not that challenging. What was challenging was the entire process, from first to end.

To be honest, there was nothing too unexpected or difficult in the technical round. It was more of general understanding of the product and stock market.
I applied to the job on career website and got a First a Screening phone call with a talent acquisition and then a video interview with a director on Webex and got a rejection mail

Everything was fine. Got the job at one location but not the location I wanted. Recruiters were nice. Not much else to say about the situation. Did not take job.

Typical STARS method was used for both interviews. Phone interview 1st with talent acquisition member. Then you will have a interview with one of the directors in the department. The hiring process from application to hire can be anywhere from 2-3 months
