Submitted application online, had a phone interview with the recruiter which was very casual and informal, then face-to-face with branch manager and and his boss. They told me they had other candidates in order to get me to explain why I stand out. It was a lie, there were no other candidates and the recruiter called me an hour after the interview to tell me I got the job.

The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.

The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
