Interview
Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later to take a test online. It was kind of like a personality test but the answers are common sense answers-just make sure you are honest. Next I did a phone interview with the recruiter and she asked more in depth questions and confirmed the salary range to make sure I would be okay with it( I was actually offered more than the ra ge but it depends on your experience and how well you do in the interviews). Next I met with the banking center manager for about an hour and a half. After the interview with the BCM I got a call from her manager for a phone interview. After the final interview I got a call from the recruiter on the following Monday. Whole process took a little over a week.

Online application for this job I was not very prepared for it as it is not my main field but wanted to try to change careers and I thought it would be an opportunity to work on my communication skills
Very upfront with open ended questions. Had to do a mock phone call in front of the hiring manager and another representative. It was a little intimidating but I survived.

Long, it was a nice process but asked a variety of questions. some of the questions pertained to other times working with clients but other questions were more personality driven
