Applied online after having met recruiters at university event. Following the initial online form (personal information, academic information, some competence-based questions) there were two online tests (both SHL - one on sequences of shapes, another consisting of basic questions on financial data). Invitation to the assessment came a couple of days before the event, and I had to prepare a presentation. The assessment center consisted of an individual presentation (1:1, 10-15 minutes, followed by questions) then a half-hour group exercise (including a group presentation). After lunch (with the interviewers), there were two half-hour 1:1 interviews, mainly competency questions.
