I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Jacksonville, FL) in Feb 2011
Interview
i went to a career day at school, asked for a card and send my resume in. Signed up at school and the bank's website. Great place to work at, unfortunately times are bad to be hired. Once you get in opportunities are endless. Never give up hope! Don't blame others, make your own destiny, create a better life.
If you are an MBA, make sure you apply for internships the first year.
Definitely, be prepared for interview. Study yourself and know your own resume by heart. I was prepared for all the questions they asked, they were wouved, I even surprised at myself. I wish I taped the interview. You will know things about you by giving answers to interview questions. You have to get an idea of the company you want to get into.
Answer their questions but also ask questions during the interview. Don't be discouraged! Have your questions ready!
Good luck!
The interview was with two people at the same time. There was only one round and the interview lasted an hour. No technical questions, everything was behavioral. Overall a good experience.
Application, followed by hirevue and interviews by analysts. Standard interview questions provided during the interview, such as introducing yourself, strengths and weakness, and technical questions on financial accounting. Overall pleasant interview.

Question 1
Introduce yourself, accounting questions that are standard
Very easy process and recruiter were super nice. I did it through a program so I think most of us got an offer though. I would recommend to anyone out of college just make sure you use the STAR method.
