Three 30 minute interviews. Spoke to recruiter on the phone then had 2 more 30 minute interviews basically asking about my leadership experience. Nothing too complicated. Very straight forward. Easy to hold a conversation. Had to answer 5 questions on my leadership experience.

Interview
The interview started with a phone interview and led to an in person interview in Charlotte. It was a very relaxed environment and everyone involved was very professional. If you are interested in operations, this is a solid role.
