My initial communications with the company were very pleasant, everyone who contacted me was very polite and understanding of my position as a college Junior. There were two phone interviews, and after these interviews I was extended an offer to proceed to the final round of interviews in their One Bryant Park building in New York City, all expenses paid. After the inital day of gettin settled, introductions and a networking event all sponsored by the Bank, the interviews follwed the next morning. The questions were all behavior-based, and were questions I had prepared for. I was extended a generous offer after the interview that I accepted.
