Very strange. Multiple interviews all with different people that it felt like didn’t speak about you internally as a candidate. Felt very repetitive. Was told I’d receive a job offer during the final interview. Then 3 months later received a “thanks for you interest” email stating they had went with another candidate. Ignored my efforts to follow up between the final interview and the email stating “thanks for interest”. Very un organized feeling personally of the way they handled it.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bandwidth (Raleigh, NC)

phone call with hiring manager one day, followed by a remote interview with 6 SDR managers split in 2 calls. it lasted around 45 minutes. then a written portion at the end.

My experience interviewing with Bandwidth was delightful. They asked questions that felt intentional while remaining on point. I was happy to find out that the position was given to a mutual friend, but would have loved to have gotten an offer.
