This was a first interview in the process with BairesDev. The meeting was used as an introductory conversation, The interviewer asked a number of questions to a) confirm key areas of my past experience, b) to understand key areas of my expectations in terms of compensation, c) to share some of the values, work arrangements and benefits of employment at BairsDev, and d) to provide guidance around the next steps in the interview process. On my side, I took the interview as an opportunity to share my intentions and goals from a potential position at BairsDev, and to communicate the range of my capabilities that could be utilized depending on the positions available, and how my skills can fit with the BairesDev team and objectives.
