El proceso de entrevista fue largo, en total fueron 4 entrevistas pasando por gente de recursos humanos como tambien gente mas tecnica. Los entrevistadores fueron muy amenos, comentando la realidad de la empresa, sus procesos y lo que buscaban de la opening.

Very long, 5 interviews + tests before they said no (they didnt even, I had to ask 3 times). Good interviews with tecnichal people, but horrible with HR. Interviews with HR is like speaking with a machine, 0 added value. HR questions super generic and easy

They reach out and even if you are not qualified and you let them know you have no relevant experience, They make you go over an interview and then they (as expected) tell you, you are not qualified for the role.

A entrevista é bem simples e dinâmica, os entrevistadores são super gentis, a parte do teste de logica pode te deixar nervoso mas é bem simples, apenas se concentre e não tente "impressionar" acho que o mais difícil seria o papo em inglês, que se você não sabe nem adianta mentir

The process had several steps and lasted several weeks, but then they disappear and did not provide any feedback or update surrouding the selection. It was frustating to have spent several weeks through that selection and do not receive any response afterwards

el proceso consta de: - informacion acerca de la empresa y su proceso de selección. - una ronda de preguntas de lógica. - una ronda de preguntas de resolución de situaciones. - información sobre salarios, expectativas y formas de pagos. hasta este punto no se realiza una oferta sino que se continua con el proceso de selección.

La entrevista fue 100% en inglés, hicieron algunas preguntas básicas respecto a mi carrera como QA, luego algunas preguntas técnicas muy básicas también y pidieron realizar una función en el momento.

Muitos testes com muitas perguntas, termina desmotivando o candidato a continuar o processo seletivo, algumas perguntas fazem sentido para medir o nível de preparo mas há coisas que podem ser levadas em consideração nas entrevistas. Você responde tudo isso e ainda precisa ser entrevistado pelo RH e pela Gestão.
