what is the VaR, the methods used to calculate it and wich one you think is the most accurate?
It's virtual interview with 2 interviewers and the whole process lasted for about 45min. HR isn't very accessible. They only reply to your emails when scheduling for interviews but wouldn't do so when you ask them for some feedback and updates on your application status.
