Interview
I had the first telephone call from the interviewer inviting me to a first interview in the office. During this interview I first spoke with the same women after which I interviewed with a second person who gave me a case and went through the solution with me. The second stage was an excel test that included very basic formulas and calculations. They emailed it to me after a short telephone call and I had an hour to submit it. They then gave me an offer the next day and gave me two days to decide on whether I was going to accept the offer or not. I accepted the offer and worked in the same group as both of the interviewers. The interviewers were very nice and friendly throughout the whole process.

Question 1
The case in the first interview was a very simple scenario of one of their types of clients, testing my knowledge of what kinds of issues they deal with in the industry with their clients.

just one stage interview. really a conversation, a few questions about sql, about data, few competency based. nothing weird, standard questions, not really much to prepare beforehand. pretty easy interview
the panel is very supportive and comfortable experience was there. they were guiding all through the process. company policy also good. the role is well aligned with job description. and no requirements of any tech background.
