After qualify via resume, you are given a tech interview by phone. those that passed like I did, are invited to one of their "Power Days" which is nothing but a cattle call. You are herded into a classroom with more of a dozen of your competition. There was a suggestion before arriving that there would be a written test but that got scrapped as their legal department squashed it for legal reasons. Many of the interview staff happened to call in late or off so they couldn't accomodate everyone and realized this too latein the day. They went in alphabetical order and only saw 50% of the candidates. They were profusely apologetic to those who were not seen and offered those folks a return appointment.
